I&#8217;d love to see the decision making process that came up with those countries.  I can see blocking everywhere.  I can see blocking a particular country (Germany gets blocked for dozens of my uploads for whatever reason).  But why those countries?<br \/>\nAre they all connected?  Some sort of copyright union?
